Summary: K Intelligence Agency (KIA, or simply "The Intelligence Agency") is a transnational clandestine operation founded via a joint effort of the Kuker Group and Securion Incorporated International.
K Intelligence Agency (KIA, or simply "The Intelligence Agency") is a transnational clandestine operation founded via a joint effort of the Kuker Group and Securion Incorporated International.
It is a massive network of operatives spanning many countries, though most of the Kuker Group's assets are concentrated in Southeastasia.
The rest of the world's KIA forces are supplemented by Securion infrastructures and personnel.

Septem regia
At its core, the Inteligence Agency is divided into the 7 Departments (known internally as the Septem regia), that operates more or less independently from one another. Most of members under those departments or one of their sub units are not fully aware of the Intelligence Agency's nature or even its existence. Those departments are then categorized into three clusters:
- Proctor regia (coordinating departments);
- Logos regia (information collection departments); and
- Actio regia (action departments).

Divisions of the Department of Field Operation

DFO is comprised of select individuals from both G28 Forces and Securion Corps. They are often called Oneiric Protocolers, because they are signees of the Oneiric Protocol. From G28 Forces are about eight hundred strong protocolers, and twice as much from Securion Corps. They were sworn for secrecy, and compensated accordingly.
Member officers of the DFO is called Field Operation Officers, and is divided into five divisions:

| KIA-DFO-4th | 4th Division: Logistic | A division that is specialized in planning and facilitating logistics of any operations, especially on escort missions and transport missions. |
| KIA-DFO-5th | 5th Division: Esoteric Counter-Response | Created with the purpose of catching up with esoteric opponents. |
Active Task Forces
In accomplishing its missions, DFO operated a number of Task Forces, often tailored for its mission objetives. Task forces could either be a permanent arrangement or an incidental arrangement. Below is the list of current active task forces:
